Save on Multiple Units with MEGAjoist

Engineered solution providing time and labour savings on the short & flat (2 degree pitch) balcony roofs on the 8 units (see pics) – was originally specified as LVL with graded battens

Able to cut on site a couple of times – we wanted to make adjustments where with pozi’s would have been impossible, but were able to cut the MEGAjoists onsite

Good size in line penetrations with no sharp edges to strip cables, ducts, fingers, etc

Short lead times for manufacturing (typically 1 – 1.5 weeks from ordering)

Big dollar savings on such a big project used for 2 levels of floors and all roofs (8 x 3 storey units)

Good construction plans of set outs for workers to follow onsite
