LevelMaster has been a supplier to Trade Alliance Group Builders now for many years and have assisted many builders in providing adjustable stump solutions for your clients. As a manufacturer we look to qualified builders to install our systems..
We are looking to expand this service by appointing “LevelMaster Approved” builders into our database. We receive a number of enquiries each week from customers wanting us to quote on new installations and or reblocks.
How would this work?
Firstly LevelMaster (LM) would conduct some initial conversations with you to gauge both our suitability’s of becoming an approved installer. It’s got to work for both of us and more importantly for the customer.
Secondly, LM would create a mapping database with you listed there along with your contact details.
On referral LM would email the customer with your contact details and cc you in on the referral
LM would expect that if the job proceeds that it’s systems would be used exclusively (subject to engineering exclusions)
To make this a worthwhile activity for all concerned, the expectation would be that initial contact would be made within 24 hours to acknowledge their enquiry.
