We know small and medium builders and tradies are already wearing enough hats. Every other company promises the world – we’d rather be fair and reliable. Being fair means we don’t ask you to take our word for it, and being reliable means we back that up with a real guarantee.

We’ve seen it time and again: members who actually give our suppliers a shot save money and keep using them. So we’ve built a guarantee that removes the risk of trying.

Your membership fee is really an investment in yourself and your business. If you put that investment to work – by actually trying the suppliers available to you – we believe you’ll get past whatever’s been holding you back from switching suppliers or trying something new. And once you see the savings, most members keep using TAG suppliers or go looking for more.

Terms & Conditions

• You must have an up-to-date TAG membership for 12 consecutive months from your first membership payment.
• Within that 12 months, you must place at least one order, quote request or booking with 5 different TAG suppliers.
• You must give TAG feedback on your experience with each of those 5 suppliers, including where a supplier offered minimal saving or no saving at all compared to your regular supplier.
• Time saved using TAG’s PrePaid Deals and Plan Quoting Service counts towards your total saving.
• If, having met the above, you can show you have not saved money through TAG membership, we will refund 100% of the membership fees you paid during that 12-month period.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to TAG within 30 days of your 12-month membership anniversary.
• This is TAG’s one and only guarantee and replaces any earlier guarantee wording published elsewhere on this site.
