MANAGEMENT REPORTING
Haymes understands business, which is why we invested in developing industry leading reports that track and monitor painter compliance to the builder’s specification. Using the eHaymes system (electronic sales processing), a Haymes job form is created to maintain a record of products that have been purchased. The system also captures date of purchase, quantity and product particulars – type, sheen and colour. This means you have a quick and easy independent reference to check that what has been specified is being used.
ONLINE PAINTER AUDIT
Haymes are always looking of ways to simplify the audit process within your business. That’s why we are excited to announce the newly released Online Painter Audit Tool designed specificially for Haymes Builders. The tool will has the ability for supervisors to lookup site, painters and product details providing you with all purchase information including litres and colours. All this is availble on smart phone, tablet and PC.
TOUCH UP KITS
Touch-Up Kits are available for builders from Haymes Trade Outlets and are provided to painters with every order. Clients always appreciate this as it ensures the correct colours are left on site for touch-ups after handover.

AFTER CARE DOCUMENTS
Haymes will supply you with an electronic copy of a New Home Certificate – Aftercare document featuring your company logo. This can be given out to your clients as required. The document provides simple and easy to follow steps on how to care for their paint to ensure their paint work looks good for as long as possible.
