Reflecting on a Tough Year and Looking Ahead

As the year winds down, it’s a good time to reflect on what has been a challenging yet significant year for TAG members. From navigating economic pressures to managing supply chain delays, 2024 has tested the resilience and determination of builders, landscapers, concreters, and pool builders across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. 

Despite the hurdles, one thing remains clear: the TAG community continues to stand strong, support each other, and find ways to thrive. 

What We Achieved Together

This year wasn’t just about getting through—it was about building for the future. Here are some of the exciting milestones we achieved together in 2024: 

We introduced the TAG Member Resource Centre, giving you access to a wealth of industry knowledge, tips, and tools to help your business succeed. From HR advice to supplier discounts and marketing strategies, the Resource Centre has become a go-to hub for members looking to streamline and grow their operations.

2024 saw the launch of our free online Make It Happen Days. These events brought together industry experts and peers to tackle real challenges, share practical advice, and keep your business moving forward. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re thrilled to see how many of you found them valuable.

We welcomed several new suppliers into the TAG network, including Mr Antenna, Shedman Life, Business Life Results and Board Traders Australia and many more. These partnerships offer even more opportunities for you to access quality products and services at competitive rates.

Looking Forward to 2025

If 2024 has taught us anything, it’s that challenges can be stepping stones for growth. As we step into 2025, TAG remains committed to helping you achieve success, no matter what lies ahead. 

We’re expanding our Make It Happen Days to cover more topics and connect more members. We’re also enhancing the Resource Centre with new tools and guides to help you manage your business, save time, and improve your bottom line. 

Most importantly, we’ll continue to listen to your feedback and make TAG a network that truly works for you.
